These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PassPro website and mobile apps ("PassPro", "the Service"), operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password confidential.
• An account is for one person only. Sharing an account or its login details is not allowed.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [support email] if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, impersonate or harm others;
• attempt to access other users' data, the admin panel, or parts of the Service you are not authorised to use;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or download content;
• interfere with, overload or try to bypass the security of the Service.

3. Content protection

All questions, answer rationales, explanations and other study material in PassPro are protected by copyright and are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not:

• copy, screenshot, record, export or reproduce questions or answers;
• share, publish, sell or distribute any content, in whole or in part, including in study groups or on social media;
• use the content to build a competing product or train automated systems.

We monitor for misuse. Accounts that copy or share content may be suspended or closed without refund.

4. Subscriptions and exam credits

• Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown in SAR and include VAT where stated at checkout.
• A plan gives access for the period shown when you buy it. Plans do not renew automatically unless stated at checkout.
• Plans may include exam credits, each allowing one timed Exam Mode attempt. Credits are used when an exam is started and expire with the plan.
• Payments are processed by checkout.com. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. No guarantee of results

PassPro is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass the SNLE or any other exam, and PassPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

6. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from the app or website (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and [Company legal name]'s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will show the date of the latest change on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
